Your First 90 Days as a Coach. Let’s Break It Down.

Ready or not…Back to School we go!
I’m not sure about you, but this time of year I always have a million thoughts swirling through my head.
So I decided to put together a list. A list to help guide me (and you!) through the start of a new school year.
All too often with the hecticness that is the beginning of a new year, we can find ourselves doing more scrambling forward rather than steady, purposeful stepping forward.
Don’t get overwhelmed, just take it one steady step at a time, and you’ll find yourself solidly on the path towards accomplishment and success in your work this year as a coach.
This list is by no means all-encompassing, but provides a good foundation for all of us, new and veteran alike, to build on.
Available as a Poster and Letter-sized Printable
Hope this helps set you off on the right foot!

Great post Kristin!
This is fantastic–you’re site always seems to have what I need. Is there a printable version of this that I can post in my office?
Thanks Allyson! I am working on putting a printable version together, so stay tuned.
So helpful. Thank you!! I would love the printable version to have in my office as well!!
Glad this was helpful Kati!
Thanks!! Would love a printable copy of this. Have been trying to figure out how to post this. Thanks.
Love this chart and the breakdown of my responsibilities. Very helpful. Would love a pdf form!
Thanks Cyndi! I’m working on getting a PDF version together. Thanks!
Thanks so much for this post! I am in my second year of coaching and this is great reassurance that I am doing enough right now. Can you share a little bit about how you use Evernote?
You’re welcome Jordan! I’m glad this was reassuring for you. I use Evernote just like a digital file cabinet. Any resources/notes I want to quickly be able to refer to in the long-term goes in Evernote! Kristin
This was really helpful? Has a printable version be created yet?
